I recently found a digital copy of a manuscript containing two Preludes by Johann Peter Kelnner. One has a accompanying fugue, the other not. Here’s the one without a fugue. It’s not too complicated, like most music by Kellner. It’s easy going music, a bit short, but a joy to play.

The recording was done on the sample set of the Bader-organ in the Walburgiskerk in Zutphen by Sonus Paradisi for Hauptwerk.

Manuaal: Prestant 8′, Octaaf 4′, Octaaf 2′, Quint 3′, MIxtuur, Trompet 8′ bas, Trompet 8’diskant
Rugwerk: Holpijp 8′, Prestant 4′, Octaaf 2′, Mixtuur
Pedaal: Prestant 16′, Octaaf 8′, Octaaf 4′, Bazuin 16′, Trompet 8′
