The third choral prelude by Kauffmann on “Komm heiliger Geist, Herre Gott”, found in manuscript Mus.ms. 22541 III owned by the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin. Kauffmann uses ternairy rhythms a lot more often than others composers of his era. And whenever he does, it results in something special, I think.
The recording was done with the sampleset, made by Organ Art Media, of the Arp Schnitger organ in Steinkirchen.
