Josef Ferdinand Norbert Seger, Prælude, B Dur (L 13)
Seger’s prelude in B flat major (L 13) is very similar to the prelude of the same tonality that precedes it in the manuscript (L 12). This prelude could probably be played with the use of the pedals, though there is a difficult spot in bars 22 and 23 three, where the writing is not very pedal like. I decided to play it with the hands only and to use registration with e 16′ stop as basis.
The recording was done with the Hauptwerk software and the demo sampleset, made by Sonus Paradisi, of the Sieber organ in the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Polná (https://www.sonusparadisi.cz/en/organs/czech/polna-sample-set.html).
