Josef Ferdinand Norbert Seger, Præludium, a moll (L 24)
Seger’s prelude in a moll, L 24, is, like many of Seger’s preludes based on a single motif. The motif is introduced in the first bar and Seger uses it as a building block to move through a variety of tonal centers. It is a charming piece and nice to play.
This is the last recording I made before breaking my arm. The rest of Seger’s works will ahve to wait my arm and playing ability is suffiently healed.
The recording was made with the Sweelinq software and the sampleset of the Vater-Müller organ in the Oude Kerk, Amsterdam (https://sweelinq.com/product/oude-kerk-amsterdam-vater-muller/).

Dear Auke,
I looked for L 23: it is a fugue/verse of a line, perhaps to fill the page.
I wish you to get back on your feet/arm as soon as possible and always thank you for the precious transcriptions.
Kind regards
Daniele
Yes, I skipped L 23, because it is so short. Perhaps I can combine it with another short one (if there is one). Or perhaps even better, I can try to play it now. L 25 and further are too difficult for me at the moment.
Weitere sehr kurze Stucke sind L114 und L125 (beide mit dem Tittel “Cadenzaů)
I had not looked ahead so far. It’s a good idea to combine them.
Danke! I hope I can continue soon with Seger
