So even though the original publications of H\u00f6pner&#8217;s opuses, with the exception of his opus 2, is not available online, individual compositions from his opuses are still available to me. One of these compositions is H\u00f6pner&#8217;s prelude to &#8220;Wir Christenleut&#8221;, from his &#8220;11 Orgelst\u00fccke&#8221;, opus 15. It was republished in the third volume of &#8220;Der praktiswche Organist&#8221;. It is a beautiful, evocative compositions, playable on two manuals, but even better played on three manuals. As it is such a beautiful piece, I wanted to play and publish it now, instead of wating till somewhere next year when I&#8217;m finished with pubishing H\u00f6pner&#8217;s opus 2. The recording was done with the Hauptwerk software and the sampleset, made by Voxus, of the M\u00fcller organ in the Sint Bavokerk, Haarlem (http:\/\/www.voxusorgans.com\/en\/product\/haarlem).
