An interesting prelude by Kauffmann on this Christmas choral. All phrases of the melody are introduces and accompanied by themselves in diminution. It gives a surprising grandeur to the melody itself.<\/p>\n

The recording was done on the new sample set of the Holzey organ of St. Peter and Paul in Weissenau by Prospectum<\/a>. <\/p>\n
