Only one of them was written by Kauffmann. The other two were composed by Walther and inserted in the &#8216;Harmonische Seelenlust&#8217; after Kauffmann&#8217;s death by his widow. This is the prelude that was composed by Kauffmann. Simple and short, only 18 bars, it does not fail to leave a profound impression.
