The chorale prelude Nun freut euch, Gottes Kinder (found in manuscript Mus.ms. 22541 III, owned by the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin) has the same registration as Komm heiliger Geist, Herre Gott: Fagott 16′, Quintadeen 8′ and Principal 4′. That’s not a combination of stops that’s readily available on most organs. On the Transept organ of the Laurenskerk in Rotterdan the third manual has a Regaal 16′. Still not a Fagott 16′, but we’re getting closer. However, there is no Quintadeen 8′, but there is a Quintadena 4′. I used that in combination with the Praestant 8′.<\/p>\n

The recording was done the sampleset, made by Sonus Paradis, of the Transept organ in the Laurenskerk, Rotterdam<\/a>.<\/p>\n
