And probably rightly so. The use of sequences is a bit bland and not as refined as you might expect from Bach. It&#8217;s nevertheless a nice work in which the accompaniment of the choral melody is almost concert like and moves all over the manual. It&#8217;s almost necessary to notate it on four staves. I tried to squeeze it into three.
