The first volume contains 33 easy pieces, that can be played without the use of pedals. The second half of this volume is a section called &#8220;Pi\u00e8ces Fun\u00e8bres&#8221;, pieces intended to be used during funeral services. <\/p>\n<p>This offertoire is one of the more complex pieces in this volume to play. Long legato lines in four part harmony are a nice challenge for 10 fingers. It&#8217;s structure on the other hand is simple.
