The first volume contains 33 easy pieces, that can be played without the use of pedals. The second half of this volume is a section called &#8220;Pi\u00e8ces Fun\u00e8bres&#8221;, pieces intended to be used during funeral services. <\/p>\n<p>This prelude has the same overal structure as the preceding Offertoire bref I published a few days ago. The first half of the piece is simply repeated in the second half, transposed a quarter up and a short coda finishes the piece.
