A few months ago I posted a fugue<\/a> by Johann Georg Sch\u00fcbler. The only other piece by his hand that I know of, is the Trio presented here today. It is a charming piece to listen to. But it feels awkward playing it, and in my opinion it shows that Sch\u00fcbler was right in not pursuing a career as a composer. But try it out wit the score provided below.<\/p>\n

The recording was done the sampleset, made by Sonus Paradis, of the Transept organ in the Laurenskerk, Rotterdam<\/a>.<\/p>\n
